STARLIGHT, PA — Two Catskill area artists will be showing their work at the Inn at Starlight Lake during the month of November. There will be an opening reception at the inn with the artists on Saturday, October 29 at 7:30 p.m.

The artists, Diane Kimberly and Una Evers, are members of the Big D Arts and Crafts League. Kimberly was an educator in New Jersey for 25 years. She has taught art classes for adults and children and was the designer of tiles for a mural in the fine arts building of Montclair State University in New Jersey. She resides now in Scott Center, where she has a studio and works on her watercolors as well as ceramics. Watercolorist Una Evers lives in Walton, NY. Her wet into wet technique is what she uses to create colorful florals. Having lived at the New Jersey shore, nautical scenes are also a favorite. Since moving to the Catskills, she has added country scenes to her work.
