HONESDALE, PA — Space is still available for the Wayne County Historical Society’s “Tea & Talk with Jennie Brownscombe” program on Saturday, June 4, from 4 to 5 p.m.
Hostesses Christine San José and Sally Talaga will give informal talks on the history and culture of tea and the life of Honesdale’s famous artist, Jennie Brownscombe, including a tour of the museum’s current exhibit of her work. The price is $7.50 for members and $10 for non-members (under 12 free). The society is located at 810 Main St., and is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday.
