HONESDALE, PA — The Cooperage Project is hosting Honesdale’s first ever jazz festival the weekend of November 17 to 19. Enjoy four different performances including the Andy Milne Trio; Lone Duck, featuring Rowan Lynch, Bob Wilson and Bob Ventrello; The Matt Hoffman Quintet; and “Impromptu: An Intimate Exploration of the Art of Improvising,” featuring Kazzrie Jaxen, piano and vocals and Don Messina, double bass. The suggested donation for each performance is $15 with advance reservation and $20 at the door.
The Andy Mile Trio wil play on Friday, November 17 at 7:30 p.m. Lone Duck will play on Saturday, November 18 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. during the Main Street Farmers’ Market. The Matt Hoffman Quintet will play on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. On Sunday, November 19, “Impromptu” will take the stage at 5 p.m.
