PORT JERVIS, NY — Jet Collins, Emish lead singer and composer, will perform his original Americana power folk music in a rare appearance at the Erie Trackside Manor, 9 Jersey Ave., on Saturday, February 10 at 8 p.m. Collins (www.jetcollins.net) is a singer, songwriter and guitar player, born in Brooklyn, who later moved to Port Jervis. “In my family there was always a living room concert going on,” says Collins. His lineup includes top musicians such as singer David Vernon, drummer and percussionist Fred Van Keuran, bass player Kenny Neill and guitarist Sean Harkness. He gained national attention while writing songs for and performing as the lead singer/guitar player in the band Emish. In this concert, Collins will be presenting his original work.
