HONESDALE, PA — BassDrumBone will celebrate its 40th anniversary on Saturday, February 10. Doors open at 7 p.m. for a show starting at 7:30 p.m. BassDrumBone is a trio that has wedded its unusual instrumentation with the strong identities of its three members. A collective of composers, their music combines three distinct voices and improvisational approaches. Mark Helias, Gerry Hemingway and Ray Anderson began performing as a trio in the fall of 1977.
