Here are my conditions:

The redevelopment of Kittatinny Campground in Barryville into Camp FIMFO, a Northgate resort brand, is in front of the Highland Planning Board. In approving or not approving the application, the board has the power to put conditions on the development. What conditions would you put on the planned land-use expansion?
