HONESDALE, PA — Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following case was addressed by the Honorable Bonnie Carney, Magisterial Judge in Hawley, PA within Wayne County.
TODD WIGNALL, of Honesdale PA, was charged with three counts of drug-related offenses and involuntary manslaughter due to an incident on November 11, 2022 with a drug delivery. Wignall was preliminarily arraigned on Wednesday, June 7, 2023. Bail was set at $200,000 and Wignall was unable to post bail. His next court appearance will be Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at the Wayne County Courthouse.
According to Wignall, on January 11, 2023, Wignall brought drugs to a residence. Amanda Parry and he both ingested the drugs. Amanda Perry died from an overdose. Wignall also overdosed but survived the toxic drugs.
