LAKEVILLE, PA — The Wayne County Detectives are requesting the public’s help in locating a wanted fugitive. Richard Krawiec, 34, last known address of Greentown, PA, is wanted for theft by unlawful taking, a felony third degree.

The charge stems from an incident where Krawiec accepted money from a couple in Lakeville to conduct home improvement repairs and failed to complete the work. Krawiec failed to return the money back to the couple. His current location is not known at this time.
