Wayne County man pleads guilty to involuntary manslaughter

HONESDALE, PA — Todd Wignall, 57, was sentenced to 82 months to 164 months as the result of his guilty plea to Involuntary Manslaughter and Delivery of Heroin laced with Fentanyl, Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced on August 2.

This incident occurred on January 11, 2023, when Wignall brought drugs to a residence. Wignall and Amanda Parry both ingested the drugs. Perry died from an overdose.

Wignall also overdosed but survived the toxic drugs.

Wignall has been incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility since his arrest in 2023.
