Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following case was addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court:

HONESDALE, PA- November 3, 2022

JONATHAN NICHOLAS BRADY, 28, of Lake Ariel, PA, was placed on probation for a period of six months for one count Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer (M2), one count Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M), one count Exceed Maximum Speed Limit Established by 51 MPH (S), and one count Drive Without Lights to Avoid Identification/Arrest (S). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay a fine in the amount of $927, participate in and cooperate with the drug and alcohol addiction treatment in accordance with his assessment and complete the Alcohol Highway Safety Program. The incident occurred on April 3, 2022 in Salem Township.

KYLEE ROSE DANIELS, 24, of Bolckow, MO, was placed on probation with restrictive DUI conditions for a period of 6 months to include House Arrest with Electronic and Alcohol Monitoring through the SCRAM program for a period of 48 hours for one count Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (minor) (M). She was also ordered to pay the cost of prosecution, pay the mandatory minimum fine of $500, participate in and cooperate with the drug and alcohol addiction treatment in accordance with her assessment, complete the Alcohol Highway Safety Program, and maintain employment while on probation or provide documentation from a doctor precluding her from employment. The incident occurred on July 13, 2018 in Buckingham Township.

CASSIDY ROSE LEONETTI, 22, of Bridgeville, DE, was placed on probation for a period of one year for one count Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition (M2). She was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay restitution in the amount of $400, comply with Adult and Teen Challenge drug and alcohol treatment recommendations and for all aftercare recommendations, and obtain employment within 60 days of your successful completion of teen challenge or provide documentation from a doctor precluding her from employment. The incident occurred on September 9, 2021 in Honesdale Borough.

MICHAEL EDMUND SMITH, 49, of Somerdale, NJ, was sentenced to undergo incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 10 days nor more than 24 months for one count DUI – Controlled Substance-Impaired Ability 3rd Offense (M2). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay the mandatory minimum fine of $500, and participate in and cooperate with the drug and alcohol addiction treatment in accordance with his assessment. The incident occurred on October 5, 2018 in Salem Township.
