MONTICELLO, NY — The Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce has announced the release of a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking a creative and motivated marketing partner to support its growing communication, branding, and promotional efforts.

The Chamber is looking for a qualified individual, marketing professional, or creative agency to provide social media management, content creation, marketing strategy, and advertising support on an ongoing basis—helping to tell the story of the Sullivan County business community and amplify the voice of its 500-plus member businesses.

“This is an exciting time for the Chamber as we continue to grow our presence both online and in the community,” said Ashley Leavitt, president/CEO of the Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce. “We are looking for someone who understands the fast-paced, ever-changing world of business and marketing—someone creative, flexible and ready to engage with our local businesses and help promote all the amazing things happening in Sullivan County.”

Scope of services will include:

• Social Media Management across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Content Creation & Graphic Design for social and print materials
• Weekly Email Newsletter & Event Promotion
• Full Campaign Development for Signature Events like:
• The Annual Fundraiser
• Annual Community Awards / Gala
• First Friday Networking Breakfasts
• The Bagel Festival
• Design and placement of Print & Digital Advertising
• On-site Content Capture at Chamber Events

The selected contractor will work closely with the Chamber’s President & CEO, staff, and Board of Directors for an initial one-year contract period, with the potential for renewal based on performance.
