Telehealth now option at Lake Region Urgent Care

HONESDALE, PA — Amid the increasing rate of positive COVID-19 cases in the community, Lake Region Urgent Care (LRUC), part of Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers (WMCHC), is now offering telemedicine through its facility located at 273 Grandview Ave.

All patients are asked to call ahead first, whether it be for telemedicine or an in-person visit due to pandemic restrictions set by the Pennsylvania Department of Health. While this has been the practice since April, calling 570/390-4545 prior to arrival now allows patients to request a telemedicine visit if their medical need is appropriate.

For information, visit www.lakeregionurgentcare.com or www.wmh.org.
