MILANVILLE, PA — The bridge that crosses the Upper Delaware River will be closed for five working days from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning October 16. The bridge will be open in the evenings and on the weekend. A PennDOT spokesman says there will be exploratory bore testing on the bridge. Also, more testing is tentatively scheduled for the first week in November to determine if a further closure is needed.
