ONLINE — March 8 is International Women’s Day. To mark it, Hortonville, NY-based writer, empowerment coach and healer Amanda McCormick is holding her first annual International Women’s Day Celebration.
It will take place online on Tuesday, March 8, from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and on Wednesday, March 9, from 8:45 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Each day will be packed with workshops led by a variety of experts, and covering such topics as:
Learning self-love and body positivity practices
Holistic skincare at home
Somatic and creative tools to reduce chronic stress
Aging with spirit
Subconscious reprogramming to show up in your power
Chakra-balancing for emotional healing
The power of words
