I am grateful that we have people like Rebekah, who has thoroughly researched this topic, and who has the conviction to show up at county meetings held in the middle of a work week in late morning, to organize a campaign against incineration of solid waste.
Yes, it is a problem. We must seek other solutions to reducing trash through composting, separating usable components and repurposing those components into building materials.
