LIBERTY, NY — Untouchables Boxing was founded in 1986 by professional boxing and fitness expert Jose Toledo. It will hold a grand opening and ribbon cutting for a Liberty location at 5 p.m. on Friday, September 27 at the facility.
Untouchables Boxing offers high-intensity interval training (HIIT) designed for all ages and fitness levels, the company said.
"With a focus on combining science-backed techniques and cutting-edge technology, our pro boxing HIIT sessions cater to individual health goals, delivering explosive workouts that challenge both advanced and moderate participants."
The program blends cardio with resistance training, targeting various energy systems and muscle groups. The approach is intended to enhance movement patterns, promote fat loss and build lean muscle.
At Untouchables, members can use state-of-the-art equipment, including barbells, kettlebells, slamballs, plyometric boxes, battle ropes and resistance bands.
Interval boxing routines are designed to torch calories, tone muscles and boost confidence.
Untouchables offers personal one-on-one sessions, group classes, kids' programs, private group sessions and more. That ensures "everyone can achieve their fitness goals in a dynamic and supportive environment," the company said.
Untouchables Boxing is located at 25 Sullivan Ave., Ste. 2.
