Pike County sentencing: August 6

MILFORD, PA — Pike County District Attorney Raymond J. Tonkin announced the following criminal sentences were issued by Pike County Court of Common Pleas President Judge Gregory Chelak:

Damian Graham Gregorski, age 22, of Gouldsboro, PA, was sentenced to 12 months of probation and fined $300.00 for the crime of Flight to Avoid Apprehension.  On July 9, 2019, Gregorski jumped out of a bedroom window of a residence located in Greene Township to avoid the arrest for an outstanding warrant.

John Iannetta, age 52, of Hawley, PA, was sentenced to 2 years of probation and fined $350.00 for the crime of Simple Assault.  Iannetta was angered following a discussion with an individual on December 15, 2020, in a home located in Lackawaxen Township, and pushed the individual to the ground and repeatedly punched the individual in the head causing injury.

Heather Ann Babcock, age 42, of Scranton, PA, was sentenced to 18 months of probation and fined $500.00 for the crime of Theft by Deception.  Babcock cashed a check on December 11, 2019, at a business in Matamoras for $4,256.06 in U.S. currency, knowing that the check was invalid.

Kevin Howard Keener, age 49, of Shohola, PA, was sentenced to 2 years of probation and fined $500.00 for the crime of Simple Assault.  The state police were dispatched to a domestic dispute in Shohola Township on June 3, 2020, during which Keener struck an individual, knocking the individual to the floor causing injury.

Misty Dawn Friedlan, age 27, of Stroudsburg, PA, was sentenced to 1 year of probation and fined $100.00 for the crime of Criminal Conspiracy.  Friedlan and her co-conspirator traveled together to a business in Palmyra Township and entered the business office, knowing they did not have permission, and took $1,600.00 in U.S. currency.

Susan J. Beam, age 42, of Wallkill, NY, was sentenced to 24 months to 48 months in a state correctional facility and fined $1,000.00 for the crime of Criminal Conspiracy.  While a tenant at a hotel in Westfall Township, Beam and her co-conspirator were found in possession of Heroin, Fentanyl and Tramadol on June 24, 2020, which they were intending to sell.

Patrick Robert Culleny, age 43, presently residing in the Pike County Jail, was sentenced to 106 days to 12 months in the Pike County Jail and fined $700.00 for the crimes of Resisting Arrest, Defiant Trespass and Theft. On April 17, 2021, Culleny broke into a lock box at a business in Westfall Township and took $154.00 in U.S. currency. On April 21, 2021, Culleny attempted to trespass at a residence in Westfall Township.  Culleny became uncooperative with Eastern Pike Regional police officers attempting to run off, causing the officers to employ substantial force to overcome his resistance.

Robert R. Supenski, age 23, of Florida, NY, was sentenced to 72 hours to 6 months in the Pike County Jail and fined $5,000.00 for the crime of Driving Under the Influence.  The state police were dispatched to SR 739 in Blooming Grove Township on November 19, 2020, where Supenski had rolled over his vehicle.  In speaking with Supenski, the trooper detected the smell of an alcoholic beverage and observed him to have bloodshot eyes and slurred speech.  Supenski admitted to drinking prior to driving.  A blood test confirmed a blood alcohol level of .293%.
