Dunmore, PA – Former Lackawanna County Assistant District Attorney Corey Kolcharno was  arrested on Felony charges in his role of exchanging sexual favors for legal services. The  Pennsylvania State Police in cooperation with the Attorney Generals office conducted the  investigation dating back to 2013 on Kolcharno’s victim’s yielding his arrest.
