HONESDALE, PA — An opening reception will spotlight an exhibition of the artwork of Howard Becker at 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 17 at ReMax Wayne.

The reception will be hosted by Peter and Jean Becker. 

Becker (1914-1995) was a watercolorist and painter who served as a documentary artist in World War II. 

Later he settled in Honesdale and painted historical scenes and landscapes. 

The exhibit will run through February.
