Obituary: Harriet M. Lindridge-Mosher

Harriet M. Lindridge-Mosher, of Lake Huntington, NY, passed away on Monday, October 25, 2021, a few short hours of turning 97 years young at the home of her daughter, Joan, with whom she resided. She was the wife of LeRoy E. Mosher, who passed away on March 24, 1989. Harriet was the daughter of the late Harry and Balbina (Smith) Lindridge of Narrowsburg, NY. Harriet was also pre-deceased by two brothers: Frederick Lindridge and James Lindridge; three sisters: Balbina Kuen, Marion Brock and Doris Kuen; one stepson, Alan Mosher and one stepdaughter, Yvonne Granger.

 Survivors: a sister, Arlene Sullivan of Port Orange, FL; sons: James and his wife Linda Phillips of Oneonta, NY, James Mosher of Lake Huntington, NY, Lee and his wife Nora Mosher of Walton, NY and George and his wife Allison Mosher of Otego, NY; daughters: Margaret (Peg) and husband Norman Closs of Cooks Falls, NY, Elizabeth (Betty) and her husband Leo Hoodak of Mount Morris, NY and Joan Conklin of Lake Huntington, NY; one stepdaughter, Nancy Mosher; 17 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Services: A viewing was held on Thursday, October 28 in the Harrison Rasmussen Funeral Home, 3412 Rte. 97, Barryville. Graveside services were to be held at the St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Narrowsburg.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Harriet can be made to Hospice of Orange and Sullivan County or to a charity of your choice.
