Lance and Hart recognized by PBA

HONESDALE, PA — Wayne Bank’s William Lance, executive vice president and chief financial officer; and Nancy Hart, senior vice president and controller, were recently recognized by the Pennsylvania Bankers Association (PBA) for their 40 years of service to the banking industry.
New inductees to the 40-Year Club, Lance and Hart were honored at the PBA Group 3 meeting that was held in March.
“We are so proud to congratulate Bill and Nancy on achieving this milestone of service to the community banking industry,” Jim Donnelly, president/CEO of Wayne Bank, said. “It is a privilege for Wayne Bank’s customers, shareholders, and employees to enjoy the benefit of their extensive experience, leadership, and dedication after 40 impressive years in banking.”
Lance has served the banking industry for over 40 years, and has worked for the last 13 years at Wayne Bank. He is responsible for managing the bank’s finance division. His duties include finance and accounting activities, interest rate risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Hart joined the bank in 1979 as a member of the bookkeeping department. Over the course of her career with Wayne Bank, she has held positions in the loan department, as a branch manager, and as a finance manager in the accounting department. In 2015, she was promoted to her current title of senior vice president.
The PBA, located in Harrisburg, is the state’s leading banking trade association, according to a press release from Wayne Bank.

Job changes

Christine “Chrissy” Routledge has been promoted to vice president and Sullivan County regional manager.
“I am so happy to announce this promotion, Donnelly said. “Chrissy’s experience, knowledge, and leadership are assets to our retail market management team. She is very active in the Sullivan County community and a wonderful resource for our customers.”
Routledge joined the bank in 2013 and currently serves as the Sullivan County regional manager and the community office manager for the Roscoe, NY and Callicoon, NY locations. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Hartwick College and serves as the President of the Roscoe-Rockland Chamber of Commerce and Secretary of the Roscoe-Rockland Ladies Auxiliary. She is involved with many local organizations, including Roscoe 180 and Roscoe Beautification.
Routledge resides in Roscoe with her husband, Nate, and their two Jack Russell terriers, and enjoys traveling, sports and spending time with her family and friends.
Craig Ciarrocchi has been promoted to bank officer and credit analyst.
“Craig is valuable member of the Bank’s Commercial Credit Department,” Donnelly said. “He has helped to support growth while maintaining credit risk standards for our organization, and is highly deserving of this promotion.”
Ciarrocchi joined the bank in 2016 as a loan operations service representative before moving to the credit administration team in 2020. He holds a college degree, has six years of banking experience, and is an active community service member for the Honesdale Area Jaycees.
Corissa O’Malley has been promoted to assistant vice president and loan documentation officer.
“Corissa is well-deserving of this promotion,” said Donnelly. “She has been an asset to our consumer lending team for 12 years, and her expertise, leadership and dedication have contributed to the growth and profitability of Wayne Bank’s consumer loan portfolio.”
O’Malley joined the bank in 2011, and has held several titles during her tenure, including residential mortgage loan processor and loan documentation supervisor.
She has a college degree and resides in Honesdale with her husband, Eugene, her daughter, Avrianna, and her son, Sheamus, and enjoys spending time with her family.
Kayla Dixon has been promoted to assistant vice president and consumer lending officer.
“I’m so pleased to announce this promotion,” Donnelly said. “Kayla’s hard work, commitment and extensive skill set have contributed to the growth of our organization, and she is highly deserving of this recognition.”
Dixon joined the bank in 2012, and has held several titles during her tenure. She has worked as a teller, an indirect lending service representative and a consumer lending officer. She holds a college degree and has 10 years of banking experience. Mrs. Dixon resides in Waymart with her husband, John; her daughter, Natalie; and her sons, Logan and Finley. She enjoys spending time with her family.
Ron DePasquale has been promoted to vice president and security and facilities officer.
“Ron serves a vital role at Wayne Bank, maintaining all of our facilities and properties,” said Donnelly. “He works closely with executive management, vendors and contractors to oversee our daily maintenance, security and functionality. He has been with the Bank for 25 years and is well-deserving of this promotion.”
DePasquale has been with Wayne Bank since 1998 and currently serves as the facilities and security officer. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and was stationed in Korea for 18 months. DePasquale also holds a degree in business management from East Stroudsburg University and enjoys playing pool in several leagues.
Anna Van Acker has been promoted to assistant vice president and commercial loan officer.
“Anna’s strong work ethic and dedication to her customers is an asset to our commercial lending team,” Donnelly said. “She is a positive presence in our Wayne and Pike County communities, and is involved with many organizations, making her well-deserving of this recognition.”
Van Acker joined the bank in 2021 as a commercial loan associate. She is very active in the community, and serves on the boards of the Wayne Pike Building Industry Association, Pennsylvania Builders Association, and Professional Women in Building. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Scranton, has four years of banking experience, and resides in Pike County with her husband, Mark.
Annette Jurkowski has been promoted to vice president and assistant Bank Secrecy Act/compliance officer.
“Annette… is an integral part of our compliance team and works hard every day to ensure that Wayne Bank’s policies and procedures comply with current regulations and internal standards,” Donnelly said. “This protects both the bank and our customers.”
Jurkowski began her career with Wayne Bank in 1997, and has held positions in various departments—including wealth management and trust services, commercial lending and finance. She holds an accounting degree from Bloomsburg University.
