HONESDALE, PA —Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell today announced that Myles A. Davis, age 34, was sentenced to 23 months to 72 months in the State Correctional Facility after pleading guilty to delivery of a Controlled Substance (F).
On November 2, 2022, Davis sold cocaine to a confidential informant. On December 1, 2022, Davis was pulled over by state troopers for traffic violations and subsequently arrested by State Police.
A detainer for further prosecution in federal court has also been issued for Davis because he was on parole for a prior federal conviction of drug trafficking.
