“Molinaro can say whatever he wants in his campaign ads, but his record speaks for itself. He’s a 30-year career politician who has always opposed abortion rights. He voted 13 times in Congress to restrict abortion access, and he’s on tape supporting an abortion ban—even here in New York,” said Riley. “I’m pro-choice; he’s anti-choice; and it’s really that simple.”

The ad includes audio of Molinaro admitting that he opposes the 50-year precedent set in Roe v. Wade. His blunt admission underscores a career championing causes and legislation that restrict reproductive health and freedom for New York women.
