9 a.m.— Poplar Grove Cemetery

9:45 a.m.—Monument at the Phillipsport Community Center

10:30 a.m.—Burlingham Cemetery

11:15 a.m.—Pine Hill Cemetery

Tusten-Highland-Lumberland

The Tusten-Highland-Lumberland VFW Post 6427 will hold cemetery ceremonies to honor our deceased veterans.

11 a.m.—Lava Cemetery

11:20 a.m.—St. Francis Cemetery

11:30 a.m.—Glen Cove Cemetery

2 p.m.—Ceremony at the Old Tusten Church, Town of Tusten, Route 97, 4 miles south of Narrowsburg.

Monday, May 29

Barryville

9:20 a.m.—Sylvan Liebla American Legion Post 1363 will conduct a memorial service at the Barryville Cemetery on Mail Road.

Bethel

11 a.m.—The Sgt. Andrew Brucher-Bailey Richman VFW Post 5499 will hold a Memorial Day service in Veterans Park. Arrive prior to 11 a.m.

Callicoon

12 noon—The Delaware Lodge of Free & Accepted Masons will hold a Memorial Day service at the flagpole in Callicoon Creek Park on A. Dorrer Drive. Open to the public.

Eldred

9 a.m.—Sylvan Liebla American Legion Post 1363 will conduct a memorial service at the Eldred Cemetery.

1 p.m.—Sylvan Liebla American Legion Post 1363 and Tusten-Highland-Lumberland VFW Post 6427 will hold joint Memorial Day services at Heroes Park at Route 55 and Proctor Road.

Fremont Center

9 a.m.—The Pvt. Emmett Turner American Legion Post 276, Allan Milk Memorial VFW Post 7276 and H. Russell Kenyon VFW Post 5808 will hold a memorial service at the Fremont Town Hall Veterans Monument.

10 a.m.—Memorial Day parade down County Route 94. Road closure of the parade route will take place at 9 a.m.

Liberty

10:30 a.m.—The Town of Liberty and Cpl. Russell Sprague VFW Post 109 will hold a Memorial Day parade down Main Street, and conclude with a ceremony at the Liberty Veterans Cemetery on Cold Spring Road.

1 p.m. The Sullivan County Veterans Service Agency (VSA) will hold a Memorial Day service and wreath-laying ceremony at the Sullivan County Veterans Cemetery, 181 Sunset Lake Rd.

Long Eddy

1 p.m.—The Alan Milk Memorial VFW Post 7276 will hold a memorial service at the Long Eddy Cemetery.  Luncheon to follow at the Long Eddy Firehouse.

Lumberland/Glen Spey

10 a.m.—The Town of Lumberland’s Memorial Day observance will be a brief outdoor event at the Lumberland Town Hall.

Mamakating

9 a.m.—The Edward M. Maier Memorial VFW Post 4947 will hold a dedication and service at the Summitville Fire House and Monument.

11 a.m.—A Memorial Day service will take place at the Bloomingburg Cemetery.

1 p.m.—The Wurtsboro Memorial Day Parade will take place. Lineup begins at 12:30 p.m. and the parade steps off at 1 p.m.

Monticello

10 a.m.—The Sullivan County Jewish War Veterans will hold a memorial service at the Sullivan County Government Center, 100 North St.

Narrowsburg

1:30 p.m.—The Delaware Lodge of Free & Accepted Masons will hold a Memorial Day service at the Tusten Veterans Memorial Park near the Delaware River. Open to the public.

Roscoe

10 a.m. — The Floyd Keener American Legion Post will hold a Memorial Day parade, with a memorial ceremony immediately following at the Roscoe Community Center.

Tusten-Highland-Lumberland

1 p.m. — Tusten-Highland-Lumberland VFW Post 6427 and Sylvan Liebla American Legion Post 1363 will hold joint Memorial Day services at Heroes Park, at the corner of Route 55 and Proctor Road, in Eldred.

Wurtsboro

1 p.m—The Edward M. Maier Memorial VFW Post 4947 and American Legion Post 1266 will hold a Memorial Day parade on Pine Street. Memorial service to follow at Veterans Park.

Hawley Borough

12 noon—Lineup at Riverside Park

1 p.m.—Step-off

Monday, May 29

Honesdale Borough

10 a.m.—Honesdale Memorial Day parade begins at 5th and Main Streets and runs north to 9th Street, then turns and heads to Central Park.

Milford Borough

10 a.m.—Memorial Day parade; assemble at 5th and W. Ann Sts.

10:30 a.m.—Step-off

10:55 a.m.—Ceremony at Pike County Soldiers & Sailors Monument, Kiehl Park
