HURLEYVILLE, NY — On Sunday, February 16 at 2 p.m., the Frederick Cook Society will present an afternoon of live Americana and folk music featuring Annie and Mike Baglione; the concert will be held at the Sullivan County Museum.

Mike Baglione is a founding member of the bluegrass bands Tin Roof, Oxford Depot and the Jersey Mountain Boys. He has performed at coffee houses and on festival stages throughout the Northeast, and has also been heard live on radio stations WFDU, WJFF, WTBQ and WNYC.

Annie Baglione plays guitar, bass, concertina and accordion. She performs throughout the Hudson Valley as part of the band Breakneck Annie, and has performed at the Clearwater Music Festival.

Together, Mike and Annie perform traditional folk songs as well as the music of artists such as Gillian Welch, John Denver and John Prine.

Carol and Aldo Troiani (aka Little Sparrow) will host the event, which includes bagels, coffee and tea as well as music.

The museum is located at 265 Main St.

There is no charge for admission, although donations are much appreciated, the society said; the proceeds support the artists.
