Liberty man arrested for multiple felonies

LIBERTY, NY — On March 10 at approximately 12:40 a.m. the Village of Liberty Police Department received a report that a man had slashed his ex-girlfriend's tires.  While investigating this, officers received an additional report that this man was now at the victim's residence armed with a knife and was attempting to break into the residence.  Inside the residence were two juveniles.  Before he was able to force the door completely open, officers confronted this male, still armed with the knife, and took him into custody.

This male was identified as Terrance Page, 25 of Liberty.

He was charged with the following:

Attempted Burglary in the 1st degree, a class B felony
Criminal Possession of a weapon in the 3rd degree, a class D felony
Criminal Contempt in the 1st degree, a class E felony
Criminal Mischief in the 3rd degree, a class E felony 
2 counts of endangering the welfare of a child,  class A misdemeanors
Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor
Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor

Page was arraigned in the Town of Liberty Court by the Honorable Judge Troy Johnstone and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail on $25,000 cash bail, $50,000 bond and $75,000 partially secured bond pending future court appearances.
