EQUINUNK, PA — The Joel Hill Sawmill, a water-powered, Civil War-era sawmill, and the Cleveland Museum, which houses late 19th-century vintage tools and (mostly) operational industrial machinery, will be open for tours on Saturday and Sunday, August 10 and 11. Tours begin at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Come see a demonstration of the way logs are cut into lumber by the water-powered 36-inch saw blade.
The sawmill is located at 736 Duck Harbor Rd.
