HONESDALE, PA — Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following case was addressed by Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court:

ELIJAH M. WATSON- Age 35, of Beverly, NJ was sentenced to no less than 15 months (time served) nor more than 36 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Heroin (F)

KEVIN ALAN HEBERLING- Age 27, of Newfoundland, PA was sentenced to 25 days to 18 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Terroristic Threats(M1), two counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2) and four counts of Simple Assault (M2).

QUINTON TAYLOR HEBERLING-Age 26, of Greentown, PA was sentenced to no less then 15 days nor more than 12 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Simple Assault (M2).
