HONESDALE, PA — Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following cases were addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court:
John Stanton II, age 36, of Hawley, PA was sentenced to no less than 30 days nor more than 90 days incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Illegally operate Vehicle Without Ignition Interlock (M).
Harold Fana Mena, age 34, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to no less than 90 days (time served) nor more than 18 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Forgery (F2).
Marissa Davies, age 35, of Waymart, PA was sentenced to no less than 15 days nor more than 6 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of DUI- Controlled Substance-Impaired Ability (M).
Michael Marienschek, age 31, of Carbondale, PA was placed on probation for a period of 12 months on one count of Unsworn Falsification (M3).
Tim Cuda, age 41, of Pleasant Mount, PA was sentenced to no less than 30 days nor more than 6 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count DUI (M).
Ramon Medina, age 20, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to no less than 3 months nor more than 60 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition (F3).
Andrew Swingle, age 33, of Honesdale, PA was found to be in violation of his probation and remanded to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of 90 days.
