Emil James Kirschbaum, age 54, Greentown, PA, was sentenced to 6 months in a state correctional facility to run concurrent to the sentence he is presently serving, and a fine of $2,500 for the crime of Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked. A random registration plate check run by the state police along Bartleson Road in Palmyra Township on September 1, 2019, revealed that Kirschbaum was operating his vehicle on a suspended license which was the result of a prior DUI.

The state police observed McCrary driving erratically along SR 402 in Blooming Grove Township on August 12, 2016. When contact was made with McCrary, the trooper detected the smell of Marihuana.
