MILFORD, PA — Pike County District Attorney Raymond J. Tonkin announced the following criminal sentences were issued by Pike County Court of Common Pleas President Judge Gregory Chelak:

Stefanie Elaine Santos, age 32, of Sussex, NJ, was sentenced to a $300 fine for the Summary Offense of Disorderly Conduct.  On May 10, 2019, Eastern Pike Regional Police responded to a domestic dispute in Mill Rift, where Santos entered into an altercation with another individual causing a public inconvenience or alarm.

Karline Ady Guzman, age 39, of Bushkill, PA, was sentenced to a fine of $500 for the crime of Possession of a Small Amount of marihuana. Guzman was stopped by the state police while traveling along Milford Road in Lehman Township on May 15, for an expired inspection sticker.  When contact was made with Guzman, the trooper detected the smell of marihuana.  A consent to search her vehicle revealed less than 30 grams of marihuana.
