In the Pike County Courts April 14

MILFORD, PA — Pike County District Attorney Raymond J. Tonkin announced the following criminal sentences were issued by Pike County Court of Common Pleas President Judge Gregory Chelak:

Jennifer Marie Dean, age 33, of Bushkill, PA, was sentenced to 72 hours to 6 months in the Pike County Jail and a fine of $1,300 for the crimes of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance.  A welfare check was conducted by the state police of Dean who was in her parked vehicle in an unusual spot along Creek Road in Lehman Township the evening of May 4, 2021.  In speaking with Dean, the trooper noticed Dean’s hands shaking and her pupils were dilated.  Field Sobriety Tests were conducted which showed impairment and a consent to search her vehicle revealed Methamphetamines and Marihuana.  A blood test confirmed the presence of Methamphetamine and THC in her blood.  

Gina Marie Celli. Age 43, of Matamoras, PA, was sentenced to a fine of $1,000 for the crime of Unsworn Falsification to Authorities.  Celli failed to state on her application to carry a firearm submitted to the Pike County Sheriff’s Department, Milford, PA, on October 28, 2022, that she had been convicted of Forgery in New York State on February 5, 1998, which carried a 1-to-3-year imprisonment. 

Carell Bayano Pigeot, age 24, of Bushkill, PA, was sentenced to a fine of $1,000 for the crime of Unsworn Falsification to Authorities. Pigeot provided false answers when he submitted to the Pike County Sheriff’s Department at 412 Broad Street, Milford his application to carry a firearm on October 3, 2022. Pigeot failed to disclose that he had been convicted of the controlled substance act in April 16, 2019.
