MOUNT PLEASANT TOWNSHIP, PA— Lewis Richard Horner of Honesdale died from multiple traumatic injuries in a motorcycle accident on Sunday, October 6. 

The crash occurred on the Bethany Turnpike in Mount Pleasant Township at around 4 p.m and involved a collision with a tree. According to the Wayne County Coroner’s report, Horner had no passengers and no other vehicles were involved in the accident. 

He was 71-years-old.
