HONESDALE, PA — The Wayne County District Attorney announced the arrest of Tupico Lynn Jefferson, age 50, of Honesdale Borough for Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to deliver Cocaine. A true and correct copy of the complaint is enclosed with this press release.
The Complaint alleges that the Defendant drove Joseph Castellano in
Castellano’s car to Stroudsburg to purchase cocaine in exchange for marijuana.
Joseph Castellano also has drug charges pending in Wayne County.
The Central Court date is set for July 27. District Magistrate Judge
Kay Bates set bail at $100,000. The Defendant is held in the Wayne County
Correctional Facility.
