George J. Fluhr, of Shohola, PA, passed away February 7, 2025. A Mass of Christian burial was held February 12 at St. Ann’s Church in Shohola. Burial will be in St. Ann’s Cemetery in Shohola.

James L. Knight

James L. Knight, 89, formerly of Pond Eddy, NY and Port Jervis, NY, passed away February 6, 2025, at Belle Reve in Milford, PA. James was born October 27, 1935. A visitation will take place on Thursday, February 13 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home in Port Jervis. A funeral service will take place on Friday, February 14 at 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home. The family will receive guests Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The final committal will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Frank William Oliveras

Frank William Oliveras, 65, of Hawley, PA, passed away January 31, 2025. Frank was born February 20, 1959 in Manhattan, NY. Visitation will be held at Teeters’ East Chapel, 505 Church St. in Hawley, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 1. The visitation will be followed by a memorial service at the chapel.

Douglas (Duke) R. Van Keuren

Douglas (Duke) R. Van Keuren, 86, of Cochecton, NY, passed away February 7, 2025 at Roscoe Nursing Home in Roscoe, NY. Douglas was born August 6, 1938 in Monticello, NY. A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 15 at Colonial Funeral Home, 3534 Rte. 55 in Kauneonga Lake, NY from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by a service at 1 p.m.

Regina Hanretta Wagner

Regina Hanretta Wagner, 73, of Jeffersonville, NY, passed away February 5, 2025 at home. Regina was born February 7, 1951 in Cornwall, NY. Visitation will be Friday, February 14 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, February 15 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., followed by the funeral service at Harris Funeral Home, 115 West St. in Liberty, NY. A luncheon will follow from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. in the upstairs room at the Jeffersonville Bake Shop, 4906  Rte. 52 in Jeffersonville. A private burial will be held in the spring at the Laurel Hill Cemetery in White Sulphur Springs, NY.

Richard Wall, 76, of Hortonville, NY, passed away January 30, 2025 at Garnet Health Medical Center in Harris, NY. Richard was born August 4, 1948 in Callicoon, NY. A celebration of Richard’s life will be held this summer.

James E. Watson

James E. Watson, 88, of White Mills, PA, passed away February 4, 2025 at Allied Services Hospice in Scranton, PA. James was born July 21, 1936 in Honesdale, PA. Private services will be held at the convenience of his family. Interment will be in the spring in St. John’s Cemetery in Honesdale.
