Mark E. Birchenough, 59, of Hawley, PA, passed away May 26, 2023 at Allied Services Hospice Center in Scranton, PA. Mark was born June 29, 1963 in Paterson, NJ. Calling hours will take place Saturday, June 10 from 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Teeters’ Funeral Chapel, 505 Church St. in Hawley, followed by a prayer service at 1:30 p.m.

Robert P. Cervati, 83, of Greeley, PA, passed away June 2, 2023, at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale, PA. Robert was born May 6, 1940 in Hoboken, NJ. A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated June 6 at the Saint John Neumann Church in Hawley, PA. Burial followed at the Milford Cemetery in Milford, PA.

A joint memorial service with William Lorence Hardenbergh was held June 4 at the Stewart-Murphy Funeral Home in Jeffersonville, NY.  A time of fellowship followed at the Callicoon Center Fireman’s Field in Callicoon Center.

Laurie Lee (Brochu) Thelman, 65, of Bethel, NY, passed away May 27, 2023 at home. Laurie was born July 17, 1957 in Monticello, NY. A funeral service was held June 3 at VanInwegen-Kenny Funeral Home in Monticello. Burial followed at the Rock Ridge Cemetery in Monticello.

Candace Leigh Tidd, 67, of Port Jervis, NY, passed away June 2, 2023. Candace was born September 9, 1955. There was no formal visitation. A graveside service was held at Pine Hill Cemetery in Sparrowbush, NY.

Joan White, 92, formerly of Kiamesha Lake, NY, passed away May 31, 2023 in Burlington, VT. Joan was born December 19, 1930. A funeral service was held June 4 at the Joseph N. Garlick Funeral Home in Monticello, NY. Interment followed in the family plot at the Landfield Avenue Synagogue Cemetery in Monticello.

A Mass of Christian burial was held June 5 at Blessed Virgin Mary Queen of Peace Roman Catholic Church in Hawley. Inurnment will be in Blessed Virgin Mary Queen of Peace Cemetery in Hawley.
