HONESDALE, PA - Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following cases were addressed by
the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court on September 26, 2024.

• ROBERT TANNER, age 64, of Gouldsboro, PA was placed on probation for a period of 6 months on one count of DUI: Highest Rate- 1st Offense.
• CLARISA OTWAY, age 44, South Sterling, PA was placed on probation for a period of 12 on one count of Possession of Controlled Substance.
• RANE SNYDER, age 42, of Lake Como, PA was placed on probation for a period of 12 months on one count of Retail Theft-Take Merchandise.
• GARY DRAKE, age 63, of Hawley, PA was sentenced to no less than 36 months nor more than 72 months incarcerated in a State Correctional Facility on one count of Possession of Firearm Prohibited.
• DONALD GILSON, age 44, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to no less than 2 months nor more than 23 ½ months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Recklessly Endangering Another Person.
• GEORGE LUDWIGSEN, age 55, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to no less than 24 months nor more than 72 months incarcerated in a State Correctional Facility on three counts of Receiving Stolen Property and one count of Driving While Operating Privilege Suspend/Revoked.
