A recent story in the Telegraph shows the extent of Democratic hate for President Trump. It is not based on any understanding of political documents and facts, or about the available scientific data on the economy.
These are the people who call President Trump an “orangutan” and act upon it based solely on faith and political bias.
President Biden was right in his televised address to the nation recently when he said that we are all Americans; that some may not share his vision of America but that such differences are solved in the American democracy—at the ballot box and not by bullets.
One has to wonder for how long such a conciliatory tone, caused by the assassination attempt on President Trump, will last.
To be sure, we have similar thugs on the right advocating similar violence. Such as the thugs of January 6, who did President Trump a disservice by falsely claiming that they trashed the Capitol Hill offices per request from the president.
Or such pundits as Mark Levin, an attorney making millions of dollars from advertising on his TV show. He claims that “we do not even have democracy in the United States because we have a constitutional republic.” Attorney Levin should brush up on the U.S. Constitution.
At this point, I would like to quote Winston Churchill: “Democracy is the worst system of government, with the exception of all those that were tried before.”
