NARROWSBURG, NY — The Upper Delaware Council (UDC) will host a presentation on “Climate Change and our Hemlock Forests and Brook Trout” by Rich Evans on Thursday, August 5 at 7 p.m. at the UDC office in Narrowsburg. The monthly meeting of the UDC will follow. All are welcome.
