HONESDALE, PA — Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced that Jouhua Clemens, age 32, of Dreher Township, was convicted of four drug-related crimes including the sale of Heroin laced with Fentanyl. The jury deliberated for 23 minutes before reaching their verdict. President Judge Janine Edwards revoked the Defendant's bail and he was remanded to the Wayne County Prison.

Howell stated that "this verdict should send a clear message to the citizens of Wayne County that Law Enforcement will pursue, arrest, and convict drug dealers who are selling this poison in Wayne County. Too many families are suffering today from drug deliveries of Heroin laced with Fentanyl which result in the deaths of their loved ones"

Howell praised the work of the PSP Vice Unit which investigated the case. He also thanked Pat Robinson who prosecuted the case
