IAN BLUMENTHAL

"Hello, my name is Ian Blumenthal. As a lifelong resident of Sullivan County in the Town of Delaware and graduate of Jeffersonville Youngsville Central School, I’ve been active in all aspects of our local community throughout my life. After attending SUNY Cobleskill, I joined my family’s business, Catskill Sales Associates Inc. I have been a licensed New York State Realtor for over 15 years.

I am a current member of the Town of Delaware Zoning Board of Appeals, past director of the Sullivan County Partnership for Economic Development, and past director and president of the Sullivan County Board of Realtors. I am married to Megan Diehl and have two sons in the Sullivan West Central School system. Our family runs an equestrian facility, providing boarding, training and lessons in Sullivan County for decades. Our family embraces the outdoor lifestyle, including being extremely active in the Sullivan County 4H program.

I look forward to continuing our area’s tradition in agri-tourist activities, and promote progress that integrates well with the core character of our community."
