HARRISBURG, PA— In an exclusive report, the Associated Press (AP) said on Friday, May 15 that Wayne County and 11 other counties will soon move from red to yellow in Gov. Tom Wolf's three-phase plan for reopening PA.

Reportedly, Wolf plans to announce that Adams, Beaver, Carbon, Columbia, Cumberland, Juniata, Mifflin, Perry, Susquehanna, Wyoming, Wayne and York will begin reopening starting May 22.

The yellow phase of reopening lifts the stay-at-home orders in those counties, allows for gatherings of up to 25 people and permits certain businesses to reopen under continued strict guidelines.
