A docket of discrimination for federally funded education

Posted

There is a response deadline of 9/12/22 to the Dept. of Ed.'s proposed changes for the Title IX section of the 1972 civil rights legislation. No congressional oversight is planned.

Their fact sheet: U.S. D.o.E.'s Proposed Amendments to its Title IX Regulations, (1st page, paragraph 3):

… the Dept. reaffirms its core commitment to fundamental fairness for all parties; protecting freedom of speech and academic freedom; and respect for the autonomy and protections that complaintants need and deserve when they come forward with a claim of sex discrimination.

Yet, this fact sheet evidences that Dept's gross lack of concern for students, particularly biological girls, competing against biological males claiming female gender I.D.: (3rd page under "Protect LGBTQI+ students…")

This Dept. plans to issue a separate notice of rulemaking to address whether and how the Dept. should amend the Title IX regulations to address students' eligibility to participate on a particular male or female athletics team.

In 190 pages the Dept. doesn't tell WHETHER or HOW it will determine (discriminate) students' eligibility for team sports.

Regard—or disregard—for parental rights will depend on whether the Title IX investigator following a complaint views your home as a "hostile environment." Don't assume parental directionredirection for children going through gender uncertainties is off-limits to the D.o.E. when parent/child communications are apart from school activities. Proposed regulations expand INVESTIGATIVE AUTHORITY BEYOND U.S. BORDERS! (pg. 12/190); (or p. 41401 Federal Register/…July 12,2022 Proposed Rules.)

Respond to this proposed federal overreach costing millions of dollars via:
