DINGMANS FERRY, PA — Learn about birds in “Bird Bonanza,” a program hosted by the Pocono Environmental Education Center, held at 10 a.m. on December 14.
Spend the morning watching the bird feeders and putting together your own unique and custom bird feeder from a variety of recycled materials just in time for winter.
PEEC will provide everything you need, but you can bring your own supplies. Call the number below to register.
The cost is $5 per person.
On Sunday, December 15, you can take a winter ecology hike starting at 10 a.m. on the grounds of PEEC.
Participants can learn how different plants and animals survive the winter—and see PEEC in the winter. All ages are welcome. Call the number below to register.
