On February 6, 2016 State Police at Liberty arrested Lacy Dalrymple, age 34 of Livingston Manor after an investigation into the theft of funds from Peck's Market in Livingston Manor. The investigation determined that over the course of the past year, Dalrymple had stolen over $15,000 in currency while employed by the business.

Dalrymple was charged with Grand Larceny 3rd Degree, a felony. She was arraigned in the Town of Rockland Court and released on her own recognizance to reappear at a later date.
