NOTICE IS GIVEN that the following proposition will appear on the ballot:  PROPOSITION NO. 1   Shall the following resolution be approved? The annual budget of the Eldred Central School District for the fiscal year 2022-2023 is hereby adopted and the requisite portion thereof to be raised by taxation on the taxable property of the School District is hereby authorized.  RESOLVED:  that the Board of Education of the Eldred Central School District, Sullivan County, be authorized to make the expenditures shown in the budget presented by the Board of Education for the 2022-2023 school year.  PROPOSITION NO. 2   Shall the following resolution be approved? That the Board of Education of the Eldred Central School District is hereby authorized to levy taxes annually in the amount of $31,600.00 and to pay over such monies to the Board of Trustees of the Sunshine Hall Free Library.  PROPOSITION NO. 3   Shall the following resolution be approved? Shall the Board of Education be authorized to enter into a lease agreement to acquire twelve (12) - sixty-six passenger school buses, and three (3) - twenty passenger school bus equipped with wheel chair access? The term of the lease shall be five years at a total cost not to exceed $1,500,000.00 which shall be raised by a tax upon the taxable property in the School District to be levied and collected in annual installments in such years and in such amounts as may be determined by the Board of Education.  RESOLVED:  that the Board of Education of the Eldred Central School District, Sullivan County, be authorized to make the expenditures shown in the budget presented by the Board of Education for the 2022-23 school year.
