Some politicians run their campaigns on deception, I won’t do that. You all know where I stand on issues and what the truth is.
On a ride into Narrowsburg, NY on Sunday afternoon, I saw some very disturbing signs up. They both imply that I had something to do with the closing of the Narrowsburg School building. If you know me, you know that I attended every Sullivan West School Board meeting to prompt the board to keep Narrowsburg open and, at the very least, put that decision up for a vote and let the people decide. I was not on the school board at that time, nor have I ever served on the Sullivan West School Board. I did serve on the Narrowsburg School Board, and after many failed merger attempts I was a stalwart advocate for our building referendum that lost by 21 votes.
