Thirty years ago, someone snuck into Wayne Holbert’s back yard and stole his mineral rights. Last June, Lackawaxen Township officials restored those rights. If the river is protected, why is the Holbert Quarry being harassed by the Upper Delaware Council? Jobs are hard to come by. We can’t all work for the government.
