Matthew J. Hill, 21, was arrested by a trooper stationed out of State Police Liberty for possessing oxycodone, suboxone and cocaine after being stopped for illegal window tint and no headlights.
Hill was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree and Possessing a Controlled Substance outside its original container. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Fallsburg Court on May 16, 2012.
