State Police at Montgomery arrest The New York State Police announce the arrest of Shane R Gunser, age 23, of Washingtonville, New York. Mr. Gunser was charged with Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree, a Class “E” Felony.
The victim originally reported that her residence had been burglarized and approximately $1620 in jewelry had been stolen from a bedroom. Investigation revealed that Gunser, a family acquaintance, had stolen the jewelry while family members were distracted.
Mr. Gunser was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Hamptonburgh Court on 03/08/12.
